This accessibility statement covers two things: the Nature Licensing Service marketing website at naturelicensing.com, and the Nature Licensing Service application used by statutory nature body staff and licence applicants.

Both are operated by Calba.

Marketing website

This statement applies to https://naturelicensing.com.

How accessible this website is

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. That means you should be able to:

  • change colours, contrast levels, and fonts using browser or device settings
  • zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen

We intend to:

  • run Lighthouse accessibility checks on all pages and resolve any issues found
  • conduct a manual keyboard and screen reader review
  • update this statement as testing progresses

This section covers the Nature Licensing Service application — the online service used by licensing officers to configure licence types and manage applications, and by applicants to submit licence applications and returns.
